INI SECTION EXIST
This function determines if a given section exists in an INI file.

ARGUMENTS:
* Ini Number = number that identifies the INI file (1 to 256)
* Section Name = name of the section

RETURNS:
If the section exists a value of 1 is returned; otherwise 0.


SYNTAX
Return Integer=INI SECTION EXIST(Ini Number,Section Name)
